Privacy policy
How Outlife handles the personal data you share through outlifeproject.com.
Last updated: 2 November 2026
Who we are
This website is operated by Outlife Project FZCO, a free zone company registered with the International Free Zone Authority (IFZA), Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, trade licence no. 87825 ("Outlife", "we"). Outlife is responsible for the personal data described in this policy. You can reach us about anything in it at contact@outlifeproject.com.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry through the Start a project form, we receive what you enter: your name, studio or company, email address, phone number, your role, the type, location and timeline of the project, the collections you are interested in and your message.
When you write to us by email, we receive your message and the contact details that come with it.
We do not ask for, and ask you not to send, sensitive data such as health information or identity documents.
How we use it
We use your enquiry to answer it: to send you the catalogue or the material box, to arrange a call, to prepare a proposal and, if we work together, to manage the project.
The legal basis is the steps you ask us to take before a possible contract and, once we work together, the performance of that contract. Where neither applies, we rely on our legitimate interest in replying to people who contact us. We never sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
Who receives it
Only the service providers we need to run the site and reply to you: Vercel (website hosting), Resend (delivers the enquiry email to our inbox), Google Workspace (our email) and Notion (where we keep track of enquiries). Each one processes the data on our behalf and under its own security and data protection terms.
Some of these providers store data outside the United Arab Emirates and the European Economic Area, mainly in the United States. Where the law requires it, these transfers are covered by standard contractual clauses or an equivalent safeguard.
How long we keep it
We keep an enquiry for as long as we are in conversation and for up to 24 months after our last contact, so we can pick up where we left off. If we work together, project records are kept for as long as accounting and legal obligations require.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not use cookies, and it does not store anything on your device.
We measure visits with Vercel Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without identifying you: it does not build a profile of you or follow you to other websites.
To show the local time in the header, the site reads the approximate city and time zone of your connection from the request. It is used for that display only and is not stored.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, or to receive it in a portable format. Write to contact@outlifeproject.com and we will reply within one month.
If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the data protection authority where you live or work. In Spain, that is the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es).
Security
The website is served only over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access to enquiries is limited to the Outlife team.
Changes
We may update this policy when the website or the law changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
