outlifeproject.com is operated by Outlife Project FZCO, a free zone company registered with the International Free Zone Authority (IFZA), Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, trade licence no. 87825. By using the website you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

What the website is for

The website presents Outlife, its collections, its process and its projects, and lets you contact us. Nothing on it is an offer to sell.

Prices, specifications, lead times and delivery are agreed only in a written proposal or contract for each project, and those documents prevail over anything shown here.

Images, dimensions and finishes

Many images on the website are renderings. Dimensions, materials, colours and finishes are given for reference and can vary with production, natural materials and screen settings. The exact specification of each piece is confirmed in writing and with samples before production.

Intellectual property

The website and its content (text, images, renderings, videos, 3D models, designs, the Outlife name and logo) belong to Outlife or its licensors. You may view and share pages for your own use, for example with a client. Any other copying, reproduction or commercial use requires our written permission.

Projects and partners

Projects shown on the website were carried out with clients, architects and designers who are credited where they appear. Their names and work remain theirs.

Use of the website

Please do not misuse the website: no attempts to break or overload it, no automated copying of its content, and no false or abusive enquiries.

Liability

We take care to keep the website accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee that it is always complete, current or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, Outlife is not liable for loss arising from the use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or the rights you have as a consumer where you live.

Law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, and disputes fall under the courts of Dubai, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
